The Colony Project
A Collaboration By iGEM Marburg

Hello iGEM Teams,
as part of this year’s project we would like to compile a large database of pictures of E. coli colonies on agar plates to train an AI. All you need is the following:
- A 9cm diameter agar plate
- A 12 inch screen (or larger)
- A 12 megapixel camera (phone or SLR)
- Interest in participating in our collaboration
